Stand-Alone Payroll Rates

  WEEKLY BI-WEEKLY SEMI-MONTHLY MONTHLY
Minimum (includes up to four checks) $24.00 $28.00 $30.00 $40.00
Each additional check $6.00 $7.00 $7.50 $10.00
Monthly Bookkeeping

  • For clients too small or large for any of the three accounting packages, or other than service-based businesses
  • All accounting functions offered within the Small Business Accounting Success System, but billed on an hourly basis
  • Hourly rate: $40
Tax Preparation
  • Tax preparation services for small businesses: S&C Corporations, LLCs, Sole Proprietors
  • Tax preparation services for individuals
  • Hourly rate: $60
Consulting Services
  • Consulting on business entity choices, accounting issues, other business related issues
  • Hourly rate: $100
